FAQ

We’ve put together a collection of common questions that we are often asked. If your question isn’t answered below, please contact us and we’d be happy to help you.

How are menus sized?

Covers are constructed around the insert size.

Are custom sizes available?

Yes. Menu Depot is able to help you create a unique menu cover using custom materials, techniques and sizes. Please contact Menu Depot to discuss your needs and ideas.

Do you stock any menu covers?

Menu Depot does stock many of our more popular styles of menu covers, however as inventory quickly changes, please call for up-to-date inventory.

What is the average lead time for orders?

The average length of time for custom products that are ordered is 2-3 weeks.

What is the average life time of the menu covers?

Our menu covers typically last 4-6 years with proper care.

What is the best way to clean our menu covers?

Menu covers should be wiped regularly using a damp (not wet) cloth with warm water and, if you prefer, a few drops of mild detergent. It is highly recommended that you do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasives as they will damage the interior and exterior materials.

What is the best way to store our menu cover?

Covers are best stored closed and flat to prevent excessive wear. We do not suggest storing covers upright, on their sides or in a box as this will cause unnecessary damage from the banging and scuffing of the edges. We recommend avoiding placing your covers in any condition where they could be overly exposed to extreme heat or cold such as heat lamps and direct sunlight. These extreme conditions can cause cracking and/or shrinking of the material, especially with the clear insert sheets.

Do you accept returns?

We accept our stock item for returns. However custom made items cannot be retuned, before a custom order is started a digital art proof is sent for approval.
