| The Riviera is quite similar to the Robertson in style and construction, but features an interior panel with a flap at the top and bottom to hold inner sheets. These panels are also made in black silk moiré cloth or black linen finish cloth. Riviera menus come in a range of menu formats, from a single page, up to six pages. For added protection, a 9.5 gauge clear or frosty/matte sheet can be placed over the menu insert. |
